Understand the problem before investing in AI
An assessment is a technical engagement to review a process, available data, and implementation alternatives. It supports an investment decision, including the option to postpone AI development.
What we assess
- Current processes, bottlenecks, and operational effort.
- Data quality, access, and availability.
- Existing tools, integrations, and development needs.
- Validation criteria, privacy constraints, and risks.
- Expected implementation and operational costs.
What you receive
An assessment with priorities, an architectural proposal, and an execution roadmap, according to the agreed scope. The proposal identifies deliverables, investment estimates, and next steps. Feasibility depends on the data and access assessed; returns are not guaranteed.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Free introductory call | We discuss the challenge and whether to proceed |
| Assessment proposal | We agree scope, required information, timing, and investment |
| Technical evaluation | We review processes, data, alternatives, and success criteria |
| Roadmap | We present recommendations for the next decision |
Investment and timing
Our published reference range is BRL 15,000–40,000, typically 1–3 weeks. The proposal confirms the amount and timeline based on scope and required access.
The assessment is contracted separately from development. A 15-minute introductory conversation establishes context; it does not replace the technical evaluation.
How to prepare
Bring a description of one process, approximate workload, systems used, and the outcome you need. Sensitive documents and access are handled through project-specific channels.
